Privacy

Short version

We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell it.

What is stored

• Search terms and AI questions. Stored to find gaps in the library. Never stored with an IP address or a user account.
• A coarse session fingerprint. A salted one-way hash that rotates daily, used to count returning sessions. It cannot be reversed to an IP address, and we do not attempt to identify individuals.
• Outbound clicks. Which listing was clicked, not who clicked it.
• Form submissions. Name, email and what you wrote, kept so we can reply.

What is not stored

No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts. No cross-site tracking. Logs never contain email addresses, question text or API keys.

AI answers

Questions asked of Ask Jiangke are sent to a model provider to generate an answer. Do not include personal data about yourself or a student in a question.
